Blindness
- Inability of a person to count fingers from a distance of 6 meters or 20 feet
- Vision 6/60 or less with the best possible spectacle correction
- Diminution of field vision to 20° or less in better eye
Cerebral Palsy
Cerebral palsy(CP) is the term used for a group of non progressive disorders of movement and posture caused by abnormal development of, or damage to, motor control centers of the brain. CP is caused by events before, during, or after birth. The abnormalities of muscle control that define CP are often accompanied by other neurological and physicalabnormalities.
